Another frequent flyer .. 21 arrests in the course of 8 years. I have seen this lady a lot over the years. The biggest offenses are drug and DUI related, 3 of the DUI’s were 3 months in a row. Most arrests are failure to pay a fee, as they say if you do the crime you need to pay the fine? Or wait do they say that? 😀
